As a brand-new startup, Tamam App had no existing ad strategy, campaign structure, or historical data to rely on. With a competitive delivery market, it was crucial to design an ad strategy that would effectively acquire high-intent users while establishing brand awareness from day one.


The Idea: Instead of launching generic ads, a persona-driven advertising strategy was created from the start. Based on market research, user expectations, and competitor analysis, distinct user personas were developed—each with its own targeted messaging, visuals, and ad placements. Multi-platform campaigns were structured for app downloads and brand awareness, ensuring that ads reached the right people with the right message at the right time.

User Retention & In-App Engagement

As a newly launched startup, Tamam App had no established user base, making retention strategy crucial from the very beginning. Without an active community or engagement plan, the risk was not just acquiring users, but keeping them engaged and ensuring they placed their first orders. The challenge was to guide new users seamlessly through the app experience and encourage them to stay active.


The Idea: A retention-first approach was implemented from the start, focusing on in-app engagement, onboarding flows, and personalized communication. Onboarding screens were designed to guide new users, while in-app messages, geofencing, and event tracking were leveraged to encourage first orders. Instead of waiting for users to leave, proactive engagement strategies were set up to ensure they found value in the app from the moment they signed up.


🎯 The Goal: To create a structured onboarding and engagement flow that would ensure new users didn’t just download the app but actually started using it. The aim was to establish habits early, keeping them engaged long-term.


🌟 The Impact: By proactively focusing on engagement rather than waiting for drop-offs, user activation and first-order completion rates increased. The app successfully converted new signups into active users, building a strong foundation for long-term retention and sustainable growth.
